Terms of Service

By accessing or using ESME Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

ESME Hub is a cloud-based business management platform provided by Vionx Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. Features and availability may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use ESME Hub.

You agree not to use ESME Hub for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Some features of ESME Hub require payment. Fees are billed according to the plan you select. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice.

Vionx Consulting (Pvt) Ltd owns all rights to the ESME Hub platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the system. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vionx Consulting (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of ESME Hub. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using ESME Hub and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of ESME Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
